Testimonials

Working with Marta has been life changing in regards to how I can manage and articulate my emotions and experiences. Our work together really changed the way I view and react to things including myself. I feel like I’m now really living my life!"

S. - London

I met Marta when I found myself at rock bottom. After years of darkness and despair. Marta became my 1-to-1 Dialectic Behavioural Therapist. We worked together for a year and, during that time, I regained my will to live - something I didn’t think would be possible. She taught me many skills that are now in my toolbox. Most importantly, she made me feel seen and valued. She validated my emotions in a way that I’d never experienced before, slowly teaching me how to do it for myself too. Her approach is warm, kind, and insightful. I cannot thank her enough for everything!"

A.S. - London

If you’re looking for someone to help you navigate very challenging times and create your own life worth living, Marta is the therapist for you."

L.H. - London

I reclaimed my sense of self after years of burnout. Highly recommended."
